Fine Arts Education Undergraduate Program
The Art Teaching Undergraduate Program, which is run by the Department of Art Education, includes teaching professional knowledge courses, workshop courses, and general culture courses. In addition to the main art studio that students can choose intheir second year, they can select an elective art course from a studio outside their field each semester. The program offers opportunities through the Erasmus and Mevlana programs. The student quota is announced according to the number determined by YÖK in the relevant year's quota guide. The department admits students through a special talent examination. To register, students must pass the TYT exam valid for that year by ÖSYM and achieve the minimum score determined by the University Senate upon the recommendation of the Faculty Administrative Board. Graduates can work as visual arts teachers in institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education. Additionally, they can engage in freelance art activities or conduct studio work.
